This necklace is from the Edwardian era. The Edwardian era refers to the period in British history that lasted from 1901 to 1910, during the reign of King Edward VII. This era followed the Victorian period and is often extended to include the years leading up to World War I, until 1914. The lavalier is approximately 6-1/2” long, measured from the chain connection to the bottom of the longest dangle, with a width of about 2” at its widest point. The chain has a total length of around 18” and features a large spring ring clasp for closure. Please note: Minor wear and tear may be present due to the age of vintage pieces. These characteristics are normal and contribute to the item’s authenticity and charm.
